Artist Online Home is a bespoke, one-to-one website service. Because work is tailored specifically to you and your practice, we want to be clear and fair about how refunds work.
Our Refund Terms
We offer a full refund if you change your mind at any point before or during your clarity session. The clarity session is a 90-minute conversation at the start of your project, and nothing else begins until it is complete.
Once the clarity session has finished and work on your website has begun, we are unable to offer a refund. This is because your project will already be underway — time, care, and resources will have been committed specifically to your work.
How to Request a Refund
If you would like to cancel and request a refund before or during your clarity session, please contact us as soon as possible:

We will confirm receipt and process your refund within 5–10 working days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
What Happens If You Need to Pause or Reschedule
Life happens. If you need to postpone your clarity session or pause the project before work begins, please do get in touch. We will always do our best to accommodate changes where we can.
Disputes
If you have any concerns about your project or experience, we encourage you to reach out directly before raising a dispute. Most issues can be resolved with an honest conversation, and we are committed to making sure you feel fairly treated.
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Artist Online Home is operated by High Click Rate Limited, trading as Lewis Bacon.
