Digital Service Delivery

Artist Online Home is a digital service — nothing physical is posted to you. There are no shipping costs, no delivery windows to wait for, and nothing to sign for at the door.

Once your order is placed, everything happens online. Your clarity session takes place via Google Meet (or an agreed alternative), and your finished website is delivered directly to your Shopify store, ready for you to review.

How Your Service Is Delivered

  • You book your clarity session as part of the checkout process
  • We connect with you online at your chosen time
  • Your website is built and handed over digitally, with a walkthrough and next steps guide

Physical Items

While we currently deliver everything digitally, we may from time to time offer physical items — such as printed guides, welcome materials, or other products. If and when we do, this policy will be updated with full details including shipping carriers, costs, estimated delivery times, and any applicable restrictions.

Any physical items will always be clearly described at the point of purchase, with shipping information provided before you complete your order.
